My !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! (and also is into cars but is a bit too stancebro-y for my liking) posted this picture of a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano with the caption, “Spotted. Can you name it? Rare car for a Ferrari.” The responses were...enlightening.

A regular 599 GTB doesn’t strike me as a particularly rare Ferrari. Maybe if it were one of the other special 599 versions. Putting that aside, several people people guessed either the California or the bloated, too-high-riding, too-small-wheeled 612 Scaglietti. I hate the 612 Scaglietti.

I actually prefer the 612 over the 599. It was the last understated gentleman’s Ferrari.

I think that proves some people are not good at identifying cars. The 612 is one of my favorites, a true Grand Tourer.

The 612 has way too much derp face and wheel gap.

If you want a modern, classy, not-ostentatious front-engined V12 Ferrari, the 550 and 575 are way better looking than the 612.

The 599 is one of the prettiest Ferraris to ever grace this earth.

My top 3 Ferraris in order of preference is.

Enzo, 599, FF.

That would be my perfect 3 Ferrari garage.
